kale - Casserole: macaroni with kale

Ingredients:
  • 250 grams of macaroni
  • 750 grams of kale
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 400-500 grams of minced meat
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard,
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika powder
  • curry powder
  • grated cheese
  • oil or butter
Method:
  • Cook the kale until done and also the macaroni (macaroni: see packaging), add salt to taste.
  • Fry the minced meat until crumbly with the mustard, salt and other herbs to taste.
  • Drain the kale and add to the mince. Stir well.
  • Drain the al dente macaroni and mix it with the minced meat and kale mixture.
  • Grease a large baking dish with oil or butter and spoon everything into it.
  • Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and a dash of cream, and divide this over the macaroni.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
