VitaFerm® Ultra F3 is a yeast nutrient that combines everything needed for a safe fermentation process.
Purpose : rapid onset of fermentation, safe completion of fermentation, clean wine flavours. Possible help in preventing atypical ageing off-flavours.
During fermentation, yeast loses minerals and vitamins. As a result, its activity decreases. For a safe fermentation process, yeast must be permanently supplied with these substances. This yeast nutrition
provides the supply of trace elements and vitamins at the right time. Yeast nutrition VitaFerm® Ultra F3 provides the bioyeast with everything it needs
needs for optimal fermentation. The yeast is able to fully develop its physiological properties, in particular to develop desired aromas.
Use: gradually add 2 x 30-40 grams per 100 litres (legally permitted (EU) max. 100 grams per 100 litres). Mix VitaFerm® Ultra F3 in some must or water and add to the must.
Store dry and protected from light. Close opened containers immediately and tightly.
