Immortelle is a climbing perennial plant with delicate, glossy green leaves and a mild, slightly sweet flavor. It is known for its traditional uses in herbal teas and health infusions. The fast-growing vines can reach 2–3 meters in height and also make the plant a decorative addition to pergolas, trellis, or fences.

Plant in a sunny to partially shaded spot in humus-rich, well-drained soil. Water regularly, especially during dry spells, and support the plant with a trellis. Harvest young shoots and leaves for use in tea or smoothies. Winter protection may be necessary in cold climates.
