Organic certified onions 'Shakespeare' - 250 gram bag
A British-bred variety for autumn planting that produces high yields of good-sized brown bulbs with excellent skin quality and storage properties. It has good bolt resistance for autumn planting. A 250-gram bag contains 60-65 onion sets, each 14-21 mm in size.

Planting period : From September to October
- Planting distance : : Plant them in rows 30 cm apart and 10 cm between the plants.
- Planting depth : Plant the onion so that the top just emerges in sandy soil, and plant it slightly higher in clay soil (with the top and 0.5 cm of the onion remaining above). Plant them in the current year's potato bed in loose, well-drained soil. Tarred compost is fine; avoid fresh manure.
- Harvest : August
