Santolina viridis, also known as Olive Herb, is an aromatic, organic shrub with fine, grey-green leaves that give off a subtle scent. It is an excellent plant for adding fragrant tones to the garden or creating fragrant bouquets. Olive Herb blooms in summer with yellow flowers and is ideal for dry, well-drained soil and a sunny position. The plant reaches a final height of about 40 cm and is winter hardy.
