It has a beautiful, oval shape and a smooth and locally light red skin. Carolus is ideal for cooking, baking and in salads. The variety is resistant to diseases and grows well on various soil types, which ensures a reliable harvest.

If you want the Carolus potatoes to be a little more firm, the foliage should be removed from the plant a little earlier.
