Consists of a rubber stopper that is placed directly on the container in which the fermentation takes place. This device allows, once water is introduced into the transparent container, to release up to about half of the two bubbles of carbon dioxide, while blocking the incoming oxygen, which would lead to the oxidation of our product.
It is recommended to change the water in the container every 1/2 month with two air bubbles or use a 10% solution of water and metabisulfite.
