Vitamon® products are special yeast nutrients. They promote the multiplication of the yeast and thus safely ensure a rapid start of fermentation and a fully completed fermentation.
Vitamon® Combi is based on both components, Vitamon® A and Vitamon® B
- Vitamon® A is a specially selected, pure diammonium phosphate
- Vitamon® B is the storage salt of vitamin B1 (thiamine)
Purpose : To support the multiplication of yeast, thereby improving fermentation.
Add a maximum of 50 grams per 100 litres of juice before starting fermentation
Vitamon® Combi: is used as an efficient combination yeast nutrition for all musts, all secondary fermentation processes and in the production of sparkling wine. Vitamon® Combi is usually added as a preventive measure to musts with an unknown nutrient situation. By adding this nutrition, the must or fermenting wine is provided with the vitamins required for propagation, but also with the nutrients required for propagation and for better fermentation.
