  1. Heat the milk to 45°C
  2. Dissolve a portion of the yoghurt ferment in 1 tablespoon of milk and add to the milk while stirring.
  3. Pour the milk into the yogurt maker and let it ferment for 12 to 14 hours.
  4. Let it stiffen in the refrigerator.
