Original BIO kombucha is a natural product, made by fermenting a solution of organic black and green tea and organic sugars with typical kombucha microorganisms. During fermentation, the sugars are converted into acids and carbon dioxide. The end result is a sour drink containing millions of microorganisms (yeasts and bacteria) per milliliter.

Irminhildis produces 100% pure, undiluted, living (unpasteurized) organic kombucha according to an age-old recipe.

This kombucha is suitable for growing your own SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast)

Ingredients : purified water, organic glucose, organic honey, organic black tea, organic green tea.

Directions for use : Drink 50 to 100 ml 3 times a day, pure or mixed in a cold drink. Any formation of a cellulose streak in the solution is normal and shows the activity of the living micro-organisms. This can be filtered off.

Store closed below 22°C, out of the sun. Can be used for 8 days after opening if kept in the refrigerator.
