Kiwi 'Jenny' is a productive, self-pollinating climber with tender kiwifruit that ripen from September to October and have a sweet, refreshing flavor. The plant grows vigorously and can reach a height of 3–4 m, blooms in spring with inconspicuous flowers, and produces a bountiful harvest. Thanks to its compact, easily trained vines, it also makes an elegant addition to pergolas, fences, or balconies. It grows best in fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny to partially shaded location.

Tips and care:

• Planting: September to March, later is also possible, but keep in mind that you'll need to provide extra water in warm weather because the roots aren't yet well established. This climber needs something to climb on.
• Pruning : requires little pruning in the first few years. After a few years, cut back older branches to encourage new, fruiting branches.
• Open ground or pots: you can grow all soft fruit in pots; the larger the pot, the better they will do. They will always grow better and produce more fruit in the open ground.
