Molen de Hoop Tarwebloem BIO is a high-quality organic wheat flour, obtained by sieving whole wheat flour. This process removes the bran and germ, resulting in a fine flour with excellent baking results. Ideal for all kinds of baking applications, from bread to pastries, this flour offers a rich taste and perfect texture.

About Molen de Hoop:

Molen de Hoop is a historic windmill from 1850 in the Netherlands, built by HB Meyer and later taken over by the Pijnappel family. Since September 2014, the mill has been managed by Frits and Maaike Botter. Frits keeps the administration and runs the mill, while Maaike runs the groats. Together they ensure that the mill remains in top condition.
