The Double Click Mixture is a striking selection of Cosmos with beautiful, double blooms in a mix of vibrant colors like white, pink, and fuchsia. These charming flowers have a pompom-like shape and add a playful, vibrant character to borders and cutting gardens. With their airy, delicate foliage and sturdy, long stems, they are perfect for both the garden and flower arrangements. They can reach a height of 90-100 cm and provide a summer full of cheerful blooms.

Sowing instructions:

Cosmos is a light germinator, meaning the seeds only need to be lightly covered with soil. If you're pre-sowing, you can place the elongated seeds vertically in the soil, leaving some of the seed exposed. This often works well for even germination. If sowing in the open ground, you can simply scatter the seeds, press them lightly, and keep the soil moist, but not too wet. Within 5 to 7 days, the first seeds will begin to germinate.

🌱 This product was selected by Hester from the De Kleine Boerderij foundation, a social food garden in Fochteloo where pesticide-free vegetables are grown for low-income households. People can harvest their own produce and learn about healthy eating, neighbors can connect, and vegetables are distributed through the local food bank and the Salvation Army. The garden also provides tools for making healthy, budget-friendly meals with these vegetables, and children in the garden learn where their food comes from.
