The Poncirus Trifoliata, also known as wild lemon or three-leaf lemon, is a special citrus species that distinguishes itself by its extreme winter hardiness, thorny branches and decorative fruits. This plant is ideal as an ornamental shrub, hedge or as a rootstock for other citrus varieties.

  • Growth vigour : compact, strongly branched shrub or small tree with an irregular growth habit.

  • Taste : The fruits are small, yellow and very aromatic, but extremely sour and slightly bitter.
