Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra 'Haschberg') BIO - 2 liter pot

The black elderberry 'Haschberg' is a vigorously growing shrub that blooms profusely in June with white umbels full of fragrant blossoms. In spring, you can harvest the blossoms to make elderflower syrup. Large clusters of deep black berries with an aromatic, slightly sweet-tart flavor follow in September–October. These are ideal for juice, syrup, jam, and wine. 'Haschberg' is one of the best varieties for fruit production and is known for its high yield and reliability. The shrub grows to approximately 3–4 m tall, is strong, healthy, and organically grown.
