Give your young fruit trees the best start with this durable chestnut support pole. Specially designed to firmly support low-stemmed fruit trees, this pole prevents your tree from snapping in strong winds. With a length of 1.6 metres and a pointed bottom, it is easy to place in the ground. The robust chestnut wood lasts an average of 20 years, so you are assured of reliable support for years to come.
Installation tip: Place the stake to the south-west of the tree to prevent the tree from rubbing against the stake in the wind. This not only protects the trunk from abrasions, but also prevents the new root hairs from being damaged underground. Drive the stake about 40 cm into the ground and secure your tree at a height of 30-40 cm with a tree strap.
Raspberries on wire: These posts are ideal for placing in the ground and then stretching galvanized wire between them using wire tensioners. This way you can easily tie your raspberries to the wire.
