French tarragon is an aromatic herb with a refined, slightly sweet aniseed flavour, ideal for seasoning sauces, fish dishes, salads and dressings. This organic plant has narrow, green leaves and grows straight up. French tarragon likes a sunny location with well-drained soil and is very winter hardy. The plant reaches a height of about 60 cm and blooms in the summer with small, yellow-green flowers that are attractive to bees.
