The Hendi Profi Line food dryer is an extremely functional appliance, ideal for drying mushrooms, fruit, vegetables and herbs. Thanks to this dryer, the nutritional values, as well as the unique smell and taste of the dried food, are preserved for a long time.
The digital control panel makes the appliance easy to operate. The timer can be set up to 24 hours, with intervals of 30 minutes. The temperature can be regulated from 35°C to 75°C, in steps of 5°C. The silent fan ensures constant air circulation in the chamber, which ensures even drying without having to turn the grids. The set includes 6 stainless steel grids of 305x330 mm, evenly distributed and easy to remove and clean. The transparent door makes it possible to follow the drying process.
