Violet Germidour is a purple garlic with an intense flavour. Each bulb of garlic contains about 10-11 cloves.
Very productive variety with a long shelf life, the outside is purple and the cloves are white.
- Planting period: In open ground, from October to mid-November
- Planting distance: 15 cm between plants, 25 cm between rows
- Planting depth: 5 to 10 cm deep (in loose soil the garlic can be planted deeper)
- Harvest time: End of June to mid-August
