Make your own delicious jam, jelly or marmalade with little or no sugar.
JamMaker 1 contains 120g of gelling powder. This is equivalent to 8 portions of 15g, each containing 1kg of fruit or 750ml of juice (for jelly).

Sweeteners can be added to taste.

Instructions for use :

1. Cook the fruit until soft.
2. Then add the JamMaker 1 to the fruit while stirring.
3. Stir well to avoid lumps.
4. Let the mixture boil for 1 minute.
5. Pour the jam into the preheated jam jars.
6. Label each jar.

Store in a cool, dry place
