A linen cloth specially designed for the Oval Rattan Proofing Basket. The cloth ensures that the dough does not stick to the basket and helps keep the basket clean. Thanks to the elastic edge, the cloth is easy to attach to the basket. After use, the linen cloth can simply be put in the washing machine, allowing you to work hygienically every time and keeping your basket in top condition.

How to use the linen cloth:

  1. Simply attach the linen cloth to the proofing basket using the elastic edge.
  2. Place the dough into the cloth-lined basket.
  3. After proofing, turn the basket over; the dough will release easily without sticking, thanks to the cloth. This keeps your proofing basket clean and makes the dough easy to handle!
