Organically certified seed potato Vitanoire

Vitanoire is a purple-fleshed seed potato distinguished by its unique color and exceptional flavor. This early, waxy potato has an oval shape and produces an average yield. Vitanoire has excellent resistance to late blight. It is particularly well-suited for processing into fries, where its excellent texture ensures a crispy exterior and a tender interior. Note: the skin color may fade if left to ripen too long, so harvest early for the best quality.
